The only place to get a true manual is through a Kubota Dealer :). All the current revisions will be added and the cost will not be cheap. Google http://www.messicks.com/ for the best price. ;)

Now for your immediate need to find the dip stick for the transmission. If you have one it will be right behind the passenger side shock mount that requires you to reach over the tire to find it. ( Called the beveled gear case by Japan) The TG1860G uses a SAE 20W-50 SG or CD API engine oil hold 3.7 US Qts. Pull the back cover off the back of the tractor, look for a breather tube in the center of the hydrostat tucked under the gas tank. You will have to fill from there but first to find your leak use soap suds ( Snoopy ) etc. and coat or spray all visible seals and apply a max of 5 psi to the breather hose to find your leak. If you find the leak and choose to repair it then it will require you to drain the oil from the case. The plug is under the case closer to the passenger side of the tractor. If you can pull the wheel it makes this easy to get at but be careful not to get crushed. Set a jack stand under the axle housing for safety. Use common sense here. The oil level can be checked without pulling the wheel and topped off from the breather goes quick. If the leak isn't catastrophic top the case off and let her go until you have time to pull the complete housing for rebuild. In all my years working on a TG1860 I only saw one oil leak on a diesel at the torque strap mounting screws on the bottom of the case because the owner backed it over a rock and the rock won.
