I picked up a TG1860G recently - drive belt (engine to jack shaft pulley stack) broke shortly after. I replaced with a genuine kubota, used a couple times and it would rollover and turn itself inside out. I put it back and almost immediatly did it again. replaced the main idler arm with a used one (had some play in it) idlers and pulley stack all seem good - pulleys I cleaned any rust and seem in good shape. Put a used belt on, worked good for a little bit and same thing (belt was not in the best shape when I installed) have a new generic kevlar one coming, any suggestions before this one? No adjustements, everything seems good that I can see.

Belt from the jackshaft to the HST has had no issues

Mower deck belt to jackshaft is fine, no issues just the belt from the engine

Just some thoughts...
Improper tension, too tight, too loose.
Worn out pulleys (under tension?) allowing belt to roll.
Uneven ware on pulley v-groove.
Pulleys out of alignment - check with a straight edge pully-to-pully.
