TG1860 stops driving within 200 ft.

First run this season, It's going along cutting for about 100 yds, and then starts slowing down and quits rolling within 200 feet. Motor runs, tranny
not moving tractor.

just noticed look like small belt over the tranny is not on pulley.
tractor has drive shaft so the small belt runs the cooling fan only

Not sure if this is a trick question, but I think the first thing I'd do is, ummmm, put the belt back on the pulley ! !?:

I replied in your other thread but in my case I found I got some slippage and less speed with the original belt (which I've replaced a couple times), so the last time my belt fell off, I went to Princess Auto (Harbour Freight type store) on a weekend when Kubota was closed and bought the closest length belt I could find. IIRC, it was 3/8th or 1/2" shorter than stock. Now it drives really well. No slippage.
