Hi everyone,
I recently acquired a T1460 (gotta start somewhere).
at the moment it doesn't run, need to swap battery.
1) the rear wheels do not roll freely, I can push it a inch at a time. I am new to Hydro-stats. Is there suppose to be a release? Its like pushing a car with the transmission in gear.

I am looking forward to getting her up and running to take care of the huge abundance of leaves I get every fall. I got jealous of my neighbor running around his yard with his Deere.

great forum
appreciate any assistance

On my T1400 there is a hydro release lever under the seat on the left hand side. You have to hold the release and push-pull the tractor to move it. I am not sure where the release is on the T1460 but it could be on the back of the tractor or under the seat. I really like my T1400 but that is one design issue I wish that Kubota could have address with having to hold the lever and trying to push it when you are alone.
