My old KUBOTA T1400hst mower has no deck I use it to tow a spray rig and all the safety features were disabled when I got it. I need to bring it in the shop and it won't start. I can't find any way to make it freewheeling. Any help would be appreciated.

Little lever left side understeer seat. I think it pulls rearward to unlock. Won't stay buy a strap or bungee will help. Attached are pictures from my old 1400.

Remove sediment drain bowl from fuel cut off petcock. Clean bowl and throw away paper filter. Reinstall bowl and new inline filter. Bleed fuel to carb and enjoy.
