Hello..I have a new to me '19 Kubota SVL65-2. I bought it with about 2950 hours. I've put about 100 hours on it and during the last 50-60 hours it has started to regen about every 1-2 hours. No error codes. We use it for general farm work on the daily. I make sure to run it at higher rpms when working. When I spoke with the service manager at the local Kubota dealer he thought it might be clogged injectors and suggested the repair would be covered under emissions warranty. However, he said that it would need to throw error codes in order to proceed down the warranty route. So I ran it for another 20 or so hours and still no error codes. Its becoming a larger inconvenience and I'd like to get it squared away. Wanted to check with this forum to see if anyone has run across this issue or have any advice in proceeding. Is there a emissions warranty route given its a used machine and has about 3060 hours? Other things I can do before taking to dealer? Thanks.

way to often for sure.
Are you using soybean diesel (bio diesel) and if so what percentage does soy make up.
I doubt it will make much of a diff. but if using one of the ultra high inclusion rate blends switch away to a 0% inclusion rate diesel if you can especially if you be getting near freezing temps or if hot/humid temps.
But I have no clue if in your area you are all 0% biodiesel or 100%.... I know in my case I can get bio at 70% and when I used to run it I had lots of troubles so now buy 0%
