Suihe snowplow

Anyone have one or even heard of them? There's a brand new in the crate 86" quick attach hydraulic angle snowplow an hour and half away for $1250. I was going to go look at it but there's not much info out there on them.

I am also shopping for a loader mounted plow. I'm seeing a bunch of these on craigslist / ebay. I'm guessing Suihe Shelters had these made in China and there is essentially no manufacturer / dealer backing....
