Do you guys sharpen your stump grinder teeth ?
There seems to be a question of sharpening vs recapping.
Any thoughts?

I’ve never known anyone with a stump grinder that didn’t sharpen the teeth until they needed recapping or replacement.

A stump grinder guy asked if I could sharpen the teeth. When he told me the price of new ones, I told him to just buy them. YMMV

Assuming there are stump grinding services in your area, there are likely local vendors who sharpen and retip. YMMV…
