I've been there, and done lots with a B7100, except I never high-centered it. Got it stuck, winched it out, because me, my dad and brother couldn't budge it.

But it's kinda just a pissing contest, no real point. No winner.

But I can appreciate strong men with determination. The B7100 is smallish, but it's seriously heavy, and commercially rated. It is not a toy. Sure, 3 high schoolers on the football or wrestling team could tip it over with the loader raised. But maybe you @N3BP, Arnold or Stallone can man handle it... you are the exceptions.

The OP got his B7100 stuck or otherwise. Has a fluid leak.... back to our OP's problem.

OK, having established that it is a hydraulic oil leak in the tractor's system, and seems to be on the left side of the tractor, that points to the HST supply piping. Some likely culprits are one of the pipes hanging down under the tractor with joints above -- such as #050 or #130. Neither are under pressure, and both run into rubber hoses (#080 and #140), and if one of those pipes got caught it might have been pulled out of the hose.

The joint between #100 and #130 should be clearly visible under the tractor, under the engine. Hose #140 connects to the oil cooler in front of the engine so it does not seem likely the oil would make it all the way to the rear before dripping down.

#050 is at the rear axle, and #080 is near the mid-PTO spline shaft seen in your photo, so I would start by checking that line first.

i got enough nerve to try and start it today (fearing I had destroyed something in it) it fired right up but would not move and the rake on the back wouldn’t move at all. The bucket raises and lowers and tilts just fine.

Loaders are accessories, added after the fact. They may be Kubota-branded or may be from a 3rd party. Some are powered off the tractor's own hydraulic system but many loaders for these machines have a separate hydraulic system with it's own fluid reservoir and pump. The reservoir is usually the right hand support tower itself and the pump is run off the front of the engine crankshaft, or sometimes off the rear PTO. It sounds like this is your loader's configuration. Keep this in mind when checking/changing fluids in the future.

So you have a leak AND tractor will not move,that narrows it down to transmission. You don't want to speed money on fluid to find where leak is so you are thinking of posting pictures? If you aren't able to see the hole in person odds are slim and none someone will see it in a picture. Why not apply low pressure air to tranny dip tube or fill port while listening for where air escapes and residual fluid is pushed out? That or maybe someone can drive theirs over a stump and report what was damaged.
