My buddy and I went over there today (it is not at my house) armed with a few ideas and tools. The first thing we did was put a homemade post driver under the loader arm of the side that the pin was not going in and put some weight on it by moving the loader down. It didn't help much but after moving it under the adapter and curling it down some it tapped right in. I curled it all the way up and down with engine at idle and doesn't seem like it is binding so I think I'm good. Thanks for all the suggestions.

I have a piece of ATI attachment and it is very well made. Suspect the loader arms might be tweaked a little. Wouldn’t hurt to contact ATI to advise. Should be easy enough align to get the pins in. The pins usually have a good chamfer on the ends that get bolted or retained.
