To capture the bugs, mix a good squirt of dish washing liquid with water in a container, then hold the container under them since they are stupid enough to let themselves drop. The soap prevents them from floating and they drown. For less stink, use toilet bowl cleaner that has bleach instead of the dish washing liquid.

As mentioned, a vacuum cleaner is the wrong tool, especially the type that pulls the dirt thru the impeller before the bag.

The bugs are hard to kill, some sprays knock them down making you think they are killed but they recover later.

If you repeated see them at the same place, know that they leave a scent trail for others to follow. Wash that area with soap and water to reduce that traffic.
Good to know! We don't get many .. but enough in the house. I usually just grab them lightly with tissue or paper towel and flush. Just grabbed one off the floor minutes ago.

Agree and Chinese ladybug like beetles. In WV only thing worse is that damn mountain olive brush!
And ladybugs showed up today! Everywhere!!
