my tractor has been tracked and tires etc all seems okay. no external leaks also. but when going down road it slightly keeps going left and it feels hydraulic has anyone had any issue like it or know where and how to start diagnosing. thanks

Cars typically have a very slight toe in to help them track straight.
your tractor probably doesn’t.
Assuming both front and both rear tires have matching air pressure, it may just be as simple as the crown in the road.
Assuming it always pulls one way on the road, but fine in an open field, on a quiet country road try driving on the wrong side of the road to see if it still pulls the same way, if not it’s just the crown in the road.

pulling to the left, well that ain’t right 
over what distance? What does ‘feels hydraulic’ mean?
If not air pressure, toe adjust, or the crown, I would wonder you have some tire to tire variation in either the carcass or ballast (if applicable). do you notice when mowing or off pavement applications?
General speaking in low pressure applications a slight variation in tire pressure makes a huge difference (ie atv…sure tractor is higher pressure, but it’s not car / truck tire pressure).
I would suspect tire pressure or toe adjust, but I also really wonder in distance traveled to notice a pull vs accuracy of the steering.

You more than likely have a bad internal seal on the Hydraulic steering cylinder.
Or it could be the steering controller has an issue.
To check for a bad controller, disconnect both steering hoses attach them into a container.
Start the tractor, DO NOT MOVE the steering wheel.
Look at the hoses if either has any flow (not drips) that is a bad controller.
If it's not that it's the much cheaper option of replacing the center steering seal.
Or it could be the steering controller has an issue.
