I have a L3010 that won't start. Used it and turned it off. Went to restart and it wouldn't do anything. Made a buzzing sound. Would not jump off. Left jumper cables on for 2 hours using my diesel truck. Put in new battery, nothing. It pull started but guages weren't working. Any help??

So key just to on but not to crank you just got a buzzing sound, Sounds like you have either a bad battery cable end or connection.
Start with the cable ends especially the ground on the frame.
Pull them clean them.
Do you have a test light?
If so check for power at the starter (main battery connection).

Just to clarify, key on, no light , no dash light , nadda nothing?

If so check the main fuse down by the starter.

If you have light but no cranking then its a safety switch issue, double check all levers.
