I am new here and the problem I am having with a B3200 tractor is it will not start. I was mowing and turned off the pto and motor but it will not turn over. The safety switches all checked out and the solinoid clicks when the key is turned but that is all. The battery is good. The tractor is 3years old with less than 150 hours on it. Has anyone had a starter go bad that soon?

Not sure what you mean. There are 2 posts on the solinoid and 1 small wire with a spade connector. Do you mean that I need to jump from the positive to the small wire to start it

Yes, what you are trying to do is put 12 volts directly to the relay. Make sure the key is in the on position when you do it.

Starter is ok and after reading other posts here I checked the hydro pedel safety switch and that was it. I did not know there was one there. I hope that I now know where all of them are now.

I have the same exact problem on my B3200. Was the Hydro pedal switch OK and the pedal just needed to be moved to reset it or did you have to replace the pedal switch to get this solved?
