The starter will engage and disengage and will not start. I thought it was the starter but I put a brand new one and it does the same thing. It sounds like the teeth are grinding but inspected flywheel and starter and no teeth damage.
Alot of times it is the solenoid if it has one?Check to make sure your battery is good, and that both positive and negative cables of the battery are clean and tight.
True, but the OP states he replaced the starter (which contains the solenoid), so I would have to assume it's not the solenoid. But then again, in a post corona world, you have a 50/50 chance of receiving a quality working part.Alot of times it is the solenoid if it has one?
Yes, All on purpose as far as I can see!True, but the OP states he replaced the starter (which contains the solenoid), so I would have to assume it's not the solenoid. But then again, in a post corona world, you have a 50/50 chance of receiving a quality working part.
