When I bought my new tractor a 6 weeks ago I figured the snowblower, FEL and MMM would get all my heavy work done for me.
But it only took a little while to realize that there is so much more to play (work ) with and then I was forced to buy a Curtis cab, landscape rake, brush hog, pine/straw rake, pallet forks and now a wood chipper.
And I thought that motor home and motorcycle accessories where expensive. Its a good thing I have an understanding wife.
:D

At age 85 I have been thinking maybe you have it figured right. Ya can't take it with you and the kids won't appreciate the inheritance value anyhow.

You are all correct with the exception of getting rid of the other toys.

I got the Wallenstein chipper that Tom had all wrapped up in a crate. He gave me a very good deal and I am picking it up Monday. We live in a heavily wooded area that we want to clean up and the chipper will save many trips dumping the dead fall or burning large fires in our yard.

I saw one there in the crate. Didn't notice how many he had? Did you get just the chipper or is it a chipper shredder? Wally's are a very good unit.

Let me know how it works. I got one on my list. But I've been buying in "priority of needing" order.

"He that dies with the most toys, still dies".
I've been on the bx and L3010 all day. Digging a field line for neighbor and digging stumps with the backhoe. Smoothing the gravel drive with the bx and a rock rack. Leveling chopped up ground from stump man grinding out stumps. Pileing and burning the 3 trees from the stumps. Yea, the more you use them, the more you find ways to use them.
In the middle of all that, had to replace the fuel pump on my F250 that died on me yesterday.

Its funny how close priority needs and really wants are. lol
IBM - if you are needing occasional use I mentioned before that as long as I am not using it then it is available, given that we are so close.
BTW. is that Superior I see in the background of your pics?

Yes that is Superior.

Thank you. I appreciate the kind offer. But I like having my own stuff here, because with trucking I work some really odd hours and no idea when and where. So when I do end up home I like to just be able to go do my yard work "now."
Plus it would be wore out by the time I was done, LOL.
