I’ve been looking for a front mount snowblower for my L3430 HST. I can’t find anything in my area of Northern Wisconsin. Should I look at aftermarket blowers ? I have the front pto but no mounting or blower. Does Kubota still make the mounting for one?

No kubota does not still make that unit, it's long discontinued.
Look on craigslist, ebay, and tractor house.
You will need the hitch and the PTO drive shaft and the snowblower they are three different parts!

Aside from all the other parts...you'll probably need some rear wheel weights and maybe chains. I needed to add weight/chains 'outback' to get better traction for my riding snowblower. Maybe 150# ?
There are a few different front snowblowers that will work. Basically any snowblower that attaches to L2180 or L2180-1 Quick Hitch will work.
The quick hitch will work with a number of grand L's and is adjustable to fit the various wheelbases/frame height difference. The only item that changes is the driveshaft that runs from the mid PTO to the subframe. For the record I've used the L2185 front blower on the L3130 and it now resides on the L4740.

Yes. I have a mid PTO. So if I find a head, then I will need a Quick hitch and pto to match?

Yes. (Assuming pto means shaft from pto to Quick Hitch)
Most used units come with all three.
Also keep in mind there is a tractor mounted attachment point and two large (2" diameter) pins that should be included in the sale. This plate mounts the the front of the tractor where a brush guard mounts.
There are only a few different drive shafts lengths as some cover multiple tractor models.
