I will be using a L4330HSTC with an LA 853 FEL for snow removal this winter. This is a new unit for me. I would like to remove the standard bucket from the FEL and replace it with a Land Pride SSP 1572 snow pusher, which weighs 521 pounds. Will I need additional rear weight, such as wheel weights or a weight bar on the three point hitch? Would like suggestions from other snow pusher users, so I can be properly prepared before the first significant snowfall. Thank you.

You have a pretty good size machine that ought to be able to handle that weight but look at this. Additional weight on the 3 point hitch will make your front end lighter - a good thing to ease the wear and tear on your front axle. Filled tires/wheel weights will make your tractor heavier which is good in general for traction. I have never and probably will never push snow so I can't answer if the additional weight will hurt your traction in snow.
