Snow blower doesn't lift evenly

I bought a 2680 tractor with, among other things, a snow blower. I noticed that when I lift the blower, the left side (viewing from inside the cab), lifts an inch or so before the right side of the attachment moves off the ground. My dealer said that's the way it works. It's hard to believe. Is this cockeyed lift really characteristic of the unit, or is something wrong.

If its on the rear looking at the back of the tractor there is an adjustment nut right side of 3 point to adjust level.

First let's start with a complete tractor model number and snowblower numbers. ;)

And yes for or rear mount would help too.

Maybe a check of some things before getting started on other issues.

On a hard flat surface, garage floor, with the tire pressures at proper levels, let the empty 3pt down all the way. Do both arms measure the same from the floor ? With the arms all the way up, do both arms measure the same ?

If not, can you adjust the right arm to make them equal ?
With your implement sitting on the flat floor both sides blocked up evenly, do both 3pt pins measure the same off the floor ? Hook up the implement and check measurements again.

It is entirely possible the statement "that is how it supposed to be" may really mean, "I don't want to bother"

The tractor is a 2680, and the snowblower is a front end model, BX2816-50". This morning, my dealer said he mounted an identical blower to another tractor and that it has the same cockeyed (my term) lift.

For your own help down the line, You need to add the BX as it part of the model # So BX2680

What model of lift (quick attach) did they use?

I have the 2018 version of the BX1880, the same 50' blower, and the 2018 version of the front quick hitch for it. It does lift slightly uneven. The gearbox mechanism is on the right side, and I have hydraulics on mine weighing it down even more.

It makes absolutely no difference when operating it. You should be in float mode when blowing snow. It will lay flat on the ground. Push the loader valve all the way forward until it clicks into the float detent and check to make sure the blower all on the ground.
