On my kubota b7200, front left wheel, i feel something seemingly once per rotation. It's been intermittent though. I was digging in the dirt pile with the loader, in a mud pit, 4wd going full tilt, spinning tires and turning the wheel trying to get traction, and no issues. Seems to be happening only when going forward, and still, only sometimes. I don't run 4wd on pavement, only when traction is loose.

I don't want to grenade the front end or have it lock up somewhere inconvenient, but I can't imagine what it is. Any suggestions? It's HST as well.

Check the u-joints in the front drive shaft.

The front u-joint Is inside the driveshaft cover just behind the differential and the rear joint is under the cover between your feet. Since been intermittent I wonder if it might be a main bearing behind the wheel.

Are the tires getting worn down?
If they are, it could very well be a ratio issue.

And yes check the joints.

Tires are fine, it rarely sees pavement travel. Front tires were replaced maybe 10 years ago, rear's are original.

I'll pull it in the shop tonight and take a look.

I'm guessing all those parts are available?

Most parts should be.
But it is getting harder to get parts everyday!
They are not making parts for these old tractors like they used to.
