Slow loader movement

I’ve never had loader (hydraulic) issues before but recently noticed that my loader is moving at 10% speed. What’s weird is it operates normally when I remove the hydraulic oil fill cap. Makes me think I have a blocked hydraulic vent but don’t know if there is one or where it would be. Any ideas?

That is strange. What about the 3pt lift?

My first thought was back pressure but that seems unlikely. A vacuum preventing oil pickup maybe. Hold your hand over the filler while someone operates the loader and see if you can detect a vacuum or pressure.
