Slow hydraulic pressure bleed off

On my L2850, the hydraulics seem to bleed off pressure over several days time. So if I park it with the loader up a couple feet, the loader bucket will be on the ground in 3-4 days. Does the same thing on my 3-point hydraulic top link. Is this normal or is there a check valve somewhere in the system that needs attention?

Somewhat "normal"... maybe a little more than others but some do it over night...

nothing to replace, bleed off comes with age! Most likely the valve leaks but it could be the cylinders bleeding off from one side to the other. No check valves in these tractors...

PS. for safety,, you shouldn't leave the FEL or the 3ph Up, I also put them on the ground or lowered all the way.

YEP!

ALWAYS…”relax” ALL hyds for storage. Firstly, because it takes the strain off the hyds and seals during storage…but more importantly: (Some day you’re gonna find your dog dead beneath that bucket when he crawls under it for shade for a nap…and gets trapped under it…. OR, the grandkid drops the bucket on the dog or a cousin.)

You can stop the top link drift with a check valve - AKA cylinder lock valve. You wont be able to float it once the check valve is installed.
