Hello I have a 1990 M6950DTS Kubota with farm hand front end loader that is very slow. Are they typically slow? When lifting and lowering I am ok with the speed but when tilting or dumping it is slow moving I have checked the hydrolics fluid and it seems ok. What can I do if anything to speed it up

Checking quick couplers is a great first step.
Next, swap bucket and lift arm positions in the quick couplers and see if the problem move too.
Do you have a joystick FEL control? Is the joystick remote from the actual valve body?
If, when you swap hose positions, the problem moves and if you have a joystick control, likely something has slipped out of adjustment. A remote joystick will have cables which can slip.
Tractordate.com says your tractor has hydraulic flow of 11 gpm
Do you have power steering and if yes does it have its own pump?
By comparison, a M7040 has 11 gpm for FEL and 3 pt and an additional 6 gpm for power steering.
Plse post some photos of loader and FEL valve
This will turn out to be a simple problem if it is fairly recent in origin. Don’t go tearing stuff apart chasing ghosts as you will create much more than fix anything.
