Hey OTT! Glad to find you. I have a T1460 who is not wanting to start this year. I take great care of her and she still doesn't want to go this spring. I try to start it and get nothing...not even a putt. I hook it up to my larger tractor and I can get the enginge to try to turn over. I replaced the plug, recharged the battery and still no turning over. Any ideas. Thanks

First thing to check is spark. Then fuel.
I would make sure it is sparking then clean the carb.
No spark? seat safety switch.

Is the mowing deck engaged? I spent an hour trying to start my deere and finally realized the blades were engaged. But she got new filters and a plug out of the deal lol.

FIXED! I was at wits end when a friend drove by with a twin of my tractor on his trailer. I asked if he had a common problem and he smiled! 10 minutes later she was running. Here is the solution...The fuel had drained out of the fuel pump, thanks KYTIM, Plus the battery was not strong enough to turn the enging over. I replaced the battery with a 300 something cranking amps, and he reprimed the pump and she fired right up! Whew! Love my orange even more. Did replace the spark plug so good there! Thanks everyone who offered help. You guys are great!
