We understand, the delivery time is our fault and we hope to provide some spares as discounts.

I guess I am really pissed off by Michael's post.
The main purpose here is to upload some proof that Michael is not telling the truth.

I did not want to reply your post at the beginning, as products are ready for shipment.
Until I saw your post saying we change from CIF to FOB, which we did not.
So I had to reply.



No need to make up stories that we did not do.

Michael's post has caused a lot trouble for me.
I hope we can all can tell the whole truth, and don't make things up.

I'm not arguing your little shots at me as I'm suprised I may even have a chance to get my products.
Like I said earlier there is no point in me fully exposing my bad my experience with Shandong brother trading international.
I will take it easy, sit back and see if I can get my products and then try to forget I ever dealt with your company.

This is the oddest thread I’ve seen in a wile. Who knew OTT was getting into international business resolutions. Solving the world’s problems one post at a time.

Are you waiting on a single attachment or a bunch of attachments to be shipped from the seller overseas?
One attachment probably not worth the fight but a bunch of them and might be better to contact your lawyer. If you were being scammed I don’t think you would have gotten any responses once you paid. I also don’t think he would have posted on ott about it lol. At the end of the day your taking a risk buying from overseas online dealers or manufacturers. Especially on small one time orders. I think your doing it right and just waiting to see if they deliver. You definitely have the right of being vocal about it and I’m glad you posted it.

My advise to anybody looking to save a few bucks and buy a single/private attachment not Canadian/American made is to mentioned above be prepared to lose your money or buy it from a dealer on this side of the pond might not be as cheap as Alibaba or whatever but there is no shortage of cheap attachments around. It will also up your welding and shop skills as an added bonus.
I hope Shandong brothers can deliver for you and I hope you update the post if they do or don’t.

Have always been a BBS guy since I was a kid, viewed some of the threads of this forum and love the vibe.

Yes, as far as I know, you will not get any reply if being scammed.

That is why I am actually pissed off by Michael's post.
I don't understand why he posted such way.

We have been in exporting business for almost 20 years, and we always ship.

End customers usually buy different attachments, and the lack of one part will lead to the delay of a whole order. But being delayed is never our first intenion, I also want to ship the items ASAP.
I am really sorry about the delays, some other customer who ordered this seeder is also chasing me about this.

The guy D2 Cat and others are responding to is Harvey SU from Shandong Brother Trading International. I have been waiting 5 months for my skid steer attachments from him. I won't say too much today and if I eventually get my items I will publicly state it here. But I will respond to one thing that was said about shipping. They sell the items with a CIF price and when you question why the products are late it suddenly becomes FOB and then they even make FOB difficult to delay further .
Micheal has probably been through a nightmare and this may have only been resolved through this thread.
If it in fact has been resolved? My nightmare continues

Everytime I asked for proper photos you sent me photos that could have been anything from anywhere and the items were showing rust. When I do business with Chinese companies they go out of their way to show multiple photos of finished products clearly and then another packaged and then another in the container. I was very patient with your company even after you were 2 months overdue.
I only started to worry after I saw online complaints and no clear photos of the items. One of the photos of the seeder had the same marks on it as the seeder in your online advertising so you were either selling me the same actual seeder or I was being scammed. I questioned this and you threw a little tantrum. ( I didn't actually care If it was the same seeder and informed you of this ) Everytime I asked for proper photos you just asked where Micheal's Links were and seemed to have no interest in resolving my issue. I have said on this thread multiple times that I am not interested in bagging your company any further and I am trying to stay cool but you keep having little jabs at me and twisting the truth. Please start to act professional and get my products to me. I will try to stay quiet again unless I see another little jab. But If I have actually been scammed it will be quite different. My people in China will contact you again. Please don't ignore them again.

If I hadn't had such poor service from your company (Shandong Brother Trading International.) and rudeness from yourself I would not have needed to even go looking on the internet for people with similar bad experiences. Its all here in black and white on the thread. I pay and instead of getting my products I get called a liar. Is this the way Shandong Brother trading international treats their customers? Just deal with my people in China so can get my products. Cant you see your company would look better if you just resolved the problem rather than abuse online.
