Thanks Jim....I have to pickup some parts I've ordered from the K dealer soon.... I will ask them too but what is wierd the tech data on the web reads these tractors was built between 75-81..... I will now be looking on my tractor for 88 to appear somewhere.

I recently had Messicks on the phone because they needed my serial number to price a part. I asked about year and they said they were unable to give me the year, and that it had no bearing on the part. That's fine, I was just hoping to know how old mine was.

I realize this thread is old but I just joined the group.
I have been left in the care of a BX 25 backhoe loader as the owner is currently working overseas.
My question is, if I need parts where do I find the serial number?
