So, I'm browsing the BXpanded site, and there's this little angel sitting on my right shoulder whispering "Buy the Under Armor, you know it's the right thing to do". Just as I'm about to click "Checkout" wouldn't you know it, just like the goddamn cartoon, this little red guy pops on my left shoulder and begins chanting "Piranha Bar, Piranha Bar...". So, $200 poorer and still vulnerable to an errant twig, off to the scrap metal pile I go.

This might do...

Cut...

Anti-laceration operation...

Tack...

Bend...

Mounting tab...

Sandblasted...

Before...

After..

Glamor shot...

You gotta hate that little red sum-beauch, BUT - if's YOU solved the errant "sticky" problem, the tooth bar is gonna be golden....... Nice job on the shield!
Have fun drilling them 3/4" holes - start small and work your way up. The tooth bar may be the best add on to the BX!

Used my new toothbar yesterday - you WILL like it!:)

I bought an $8 - 3/4" hole saw for the drilling. Worked great, and I went easy with it. It may have another job or two left in it.

Nice job on the protector plate!
