Same Speed in all Gears

I have a M7060 with a 12 speed transmission. Gears 7-12 work fine. but the speed in
Gears 1,3,5 are all the same at 2.65 MPH and Gears 2,4,6 are all the same at 3.6 MPH. Any Ideas what could be the issue? Fluids are all good..

It sure will be interesting to hear the resolution to this. Basically you only have 3rd and 4th gear in low range?

Interesting. It definitely sounds like an adjustment issue on the main shifter. What’s odd the way the post reads all 6 gears in high range function normal, just not in low range.

Interesting. It definitely sounds like an adjustment issue on the main shifter. What’s odd the way the post reads all 6 gears in high range function normal, just not in low range.
That definitely adds to the mystery. If forks are damaged or out of adjustment, or the shifter is out of adjustment you'd think it would show up in low and high range. Hopefully @whitetiger has seen this before.

The only possible way I can think of would be when you move your gear shift lever side to side, it does not turn the shifting shaft in the side cover.

Moving the shifter to the left or right of the center when in neutral should pull up or push down a linkage rod which selects which fork moves when the lever is moved back or forward.

With the engine shut off, have someone move the shift lever fully side to side while you watch to see if linkage #10 is moving up and down. #10 selects your 1-2, 3-4, or 5-6, then when moving the gear shift lever forward or rearward #140 moves selecting 1 or 2, 3 or 4, and 5 or 6.

Also, see how much the gear shift lever moves side to side at its pivot shaft. There is an adjustment that can be made to decrease the movement if there is any. There are 2 nuts on the outer end of the lever pivot shaft which can be tightened. The outer nut is just a locking nut.

That is the strange part, High range is a separate lever, a separate linkage, and is on the third shaft with the six gears on the first shaft. The First shaft is the top shaft in the case and the Third shaft is the bottom shaft.
There should be no relation between the two. This is why I want him to watch the linkage while shifting the six-speed lever side to side.
