The tail lights also run off that fuse. Check and make sure you don't have a damaged taillight or wiring to them.

You have a hot wire that is somehow "grounding" out.

Check for any wire damage via mice or other chaffed wires

1st thing to do... get the electrical wiring diagram in the WSM !!!
You can't properly, quickly troubleshoot without it.

Thanks for the help. Yes, I pulled of the wiring schematics. Pulled all the conduit off found dirt and water. Cleaned, found moisture in the red and green stripped splices (2). Letting it dry over night, then use shrink insulation on the splices. Install new conduit and retape. Tested after cleaning all good.

Maybe be 'good' for now, but once water wicks it's way into stranded copper wire, it's only time before 'weird and random' problems rear their ugly heads.
