Hi y'all.. Well I hate to admit it but I screwed up. My RTV1100 (pumpkin) wouldn't start after it reached operating temperature if you shut it off and went to start it 15 or 20 minutes later. It always started when it was cold. I redid all the hoses, it seemed better for awhile. Then it would not start (sometimes) when it was cold. Seemed like it was getting worse. Soooo...I took the injection pump out and took it apart and didn't see anything wrong with it, no scoring or binding, the rack moved freely. And this is where I messed up...While putting it back in I must have missed the slot where the rack pin goes and I think i bent the lever. But the spring that pushes the rack back had a sleeve on it that must've went flying. I can't find it. I need to find a schematic on the pump. Can anybody help me?
