I replaced the crank seal on my rtv1100 and after the change I noticed the engine seems to vibrate more. The crank is not keyed so I figured it’s not externally balanced but it definitely seems different. Do these engines require the crank pulley to be put back on in the original spot? I didn’t think to mark it when I removed it.

Yes, the pulley must be in a specific position. There is a small center punch mark on the front of the crankshaft and one on the pulley, which must be lined up.
