Anybody have any more info on the new RTV-XG850? I was looking at the brochure on the Kubota Canada web site and now I'm getting kind of interested in it.

If that's true that it is a Subaru engine, that would make me feel good about it. Everything I have with a Subaru/Fuji/Robin motor has been bulletproof.

We have had a lot of troubles with flooding with the 400's. So my confidence level in the Subaru engines is very low.

To the original poster, we have one supposedly scheduled for the early part of March. But we have been misled before. The M5 series was almost a year behind schedule.

What 400 is that you are talking about 1970cs?

It was minus 40 degrees here a couple weeks ago. My carb'd Fuji engines in my older Polaris's started no issue. The new Polaris made fuel injected engines.....not a chance.

I have atv's, power washers, etc that have Subaru/Fuji/Robin engines and I have had zero issues so far.

Now I want to wait and see these before I buy the RTV 1100 diesel. And decide what I want more, another work machine or something more suited for trail riding to replace my Polaris's now that I hate my Polaris dealer.

OH OK. I didn't realize they had a 400. So have you heard anything about what will be in these new ones?

I'm still on the fence of what I want more.....this new, more trail ride oriented machine or the diesel RTV1100 to keep my B2620 company.

I just know I've had enough with the new Polaris's. My 2004 looks newer than my rusty, plastic falling off new Sportsman that Polaris nor my dealer seemed to have any concerns about all it's issues.
