You have a dead short. Trace all your wires and harnesses to resolve. Get a continuity tester And some patience.
Hey mike thanks for the help let me tell you what happened . i had put a battery cutoff down by the ebrake
while i was riding it i thought my ebrake was on so i reached down and hit the cutoff at full speed and it shut off stoped and fliped the cutoff on and wouldnt start at all. checked fuel pump not working checked
fuses and a 10 amp was blown it runs the ecu,fuel pump, fan motor relay. replaced it and as soon as i turn
ignition to on it blows every time. i replaced the pump check all the harness shorts do you think ecu shorted out

Go ask AI to solve your problem. AI tends to give useless verbose answers based on being given not enough information to solve a problem. Enjoy your new part swap hobby.
Try and remove that cutoff from your circuit and see if it keeps blowing fuses. Maybe that is grounding you out and causing the issue?
