I have a 2008 rtv 500 Will fire up and die but if I give it a little throttle it will idle but will not go full throttle as soon as I let on gas it does then go to restart it gets harder and harder

Sounds like a fuel delivery issue. Start by check/replace fuel filters. Is it carbureted? Clean the bowl and jets.
Also check your air filter box and remove mouse nests etc.

I agree sounds like carb if it has one. Sound like idle jet is clogged which could be from ethonyl gas. The idle jet is usually smaller of the two. I usually take out both and make sure they are clean. The jet also have holes on side that can clog.

It is fuel injected and found out I’m only getting fire to one plug but the go to the same coil it it possible the coil is only firing from one side
I would try switching plugs to see if it fires. I have had a bad plug not fire would rule that out. Next if it fires then new plug. If not then I would try coil. You can test coil.
