Replaced injectors, runs but when you tighten the nut on center injector it starts blowing white smoke. If you loosen the nut the smoke stops and fuel starts leaking but engine doesn't change. If I loosen any of the other 2, engine changes sound. Any help would be great

Are you sure you put all the pieces back in the proper places? You could try swapping injectors around and see if the problem moves with the injector. If so you may have a faulty injector.

Done compression test on all cylinders. 0ne is 275 one is 225 and other it 150. I guess pulling the head will be next. I dont know if most of issues will be in the head or even deeper. Any advice would be great.

Sounds like the engine has been overheated. You will likely have a cracked head and scored cylinders. The radiator cap adapter will likely be ruined as well on the seat where the cap should seal. Consider installing a custom rad with more rows. The 1140 was hard to keep cool, especially if yours happens to have a cab.
