I guess that would make me "H".
Check with Canadian Border Services, entry requirements for overseas travelers is a bit different from US entry requirements.
Oregon coast is an excellent choice - nothing else like it anywhere. But watch your travel times - that route can be very slow. Many parts are 40-50 mph, and less in traffic. Slow down and enjoy the view.
Vancouver to Kamloops is fast (toll $10 each way), but through the rockies can be slow, and in places the "Trans Canada Highway" is more of a national disgrace than a national highway. Canmore to Calgary and south is fast, basically rolling hills and flat prairie. Oops - I see you are doing the circuit the other way - no problem.
You will likely find the route from Reno to Mount Shasta to be "interesting". I chose to avoid it. The pass at Lassen Peaks is closed in winter, that will give you an idea if the local conditions. We were up there in late May, road still closed due to snow.
