The pressure on the steering hoses is 1350 to 1400 PSI. They are really very simple to change, just jack the tractor up 6" with the jack placed under the RH side of the frame behind the front axle. This way you can tip the axle and gain access to the hose fittings. These lines appear to be extremely difficult to replace, since they run through a small hole in the frame and terminate up under the dash. Not sure I want to tackle that.
Where you see the hose going through the cowl has a hose guide that is held in place by two bolts. Remove them and you will have a large opening for the hoses.
There is a longer hose and a shorter hose, shorter one goes on the LH side of the cylinder.
Make sure and note which port on the steering valve of which hose goes to which port or your steering will be backward.
