I have a L5240. I do not have a loader on it and do not need a loader. However, there are times I'd like to have the rotary mower on the back and a cargo carrier on the front to carry temporary electric fence items. Or, when I'm working at a distance, maybe put my bike in a carrier on the front to bike between fields & home. I have these items that fit my 2" receiver hitch of my vehicle, so I was thinking about bolting a 2" receiver on the front. Does Kubota make something like this or will I have to fabricate something?

On Ebay and all over the internet there are bolt on receivers with a flat plate at the back. Check out aliexpress.com for what they are, but I've seen them on Ebay for $20 or less. Should do what you want.

If you want one that doesn't hang down or protrude much, you could mount one of the common bolt-on receivers in a vertical position, maybe even behind the front frame, then use the inserts made for vehicles with vertical receivers.
