Also you're running it WAYYYY to long with no coolant, you can do a lot of damage in that amount of time.

Maybe a quick way to seat the rings or maybe turn them into #9 wire!!

nah, no ill intentions, I ran it around 60 seconds and was checking it with an ir temp gun, I really didn't expect the 3 thousandths drop on the pump to make that much of a difference to be honest, but I've been fighting a hand full of issues at the same time, had play in the 2 levers for the throttle pull spring to the governor limiting how much throttle i could give it with the lever, the lift pump being intermittent and the pump timing being off some
