The link to the seller on Ebay no longer works. Does anyone have alternate supplier or know exactly what the form factor of the OEM harness is?

My suggestion would be to find a few companies that sell 12v connectors (like the powerwerks named on the 1st page). Email a photo of your OEM connector and tell them what it's for. I bet they can track it down.

Those are just Connector Expert's internal part numbers, no manufacturer info to go off of.
Original 2 pin Power connector for VHF/UHF - Radio Side
Original "factory" type Female socket connector for VHF/UHF radios that require 2 pin power connector. Plug utilizes 2 male pins. Radio side connector. Mates with the OEM-T-Male connector.

The seller on ebay was named "fallingfeather2012". She is nowhere to be found any longer. I know she was located in "Lena, Wisconsin". I believe her real name was/is "Christi Vandermuss" (according to the PayPal Name). She was the only one I ever saw that sold those connectors. If she found them to sell, they MUST be somewhere. If anyone finds them, please share your source. Thanks!

It took me a bit but I finally found the OEM connectors.
ZJZ marking on the OEM connector indicates that it's ZJZ United Co
Searching ZJZ's catalog showed me the following-
DJY7021-2-21 for the tractor side-
DJY7021-2-11 for the light side-
Unfortunately it doesn't seem like any US electronic component suppliers carry it so you're stuck with ordering from foreign suppliers from Aliexpress, eBay, or Amazon. Just search Google images for either part number and you'll find numerous vendors selling the connector sets along with the terminals.
Edit- found alternative part numbers sold at Mouser Electronics.

Yazaki housing 7123-1520
Yazaki female terminal 0.3-0.5mm2 7116-1180
Yazaki female terminal 0.85-1.25mm2 7116-1181
Light side-
