Hello all,
Just wanted to share a problem with you that I had with my rear mount snowblower on my BX 2370 incase anyone has a similar situation before you buy a rear mount.
For the winter I keep my BX in my garage. I need to fold the ROPS down to do this. With the ROPS down, when you raise the TPH to pick up the blower you will smash the chute rotation shaft handle into the folded ROPS. Even when you know it will hit and you're as careful as you can be you will still bend/break the rotation shaft handle into the ROPS.
The answer for me was to switch to front mount blower at a considerable loss in value.
To fix this you can switch to hydro rotation, or remove the ROPS all together, but I also have an Original Tractor Cab enclosure so just switching to the front blower made more sense going forward for me.
