I had the zerk/grease nipple, shim and cover come off my center tensioner pulley and am trying to figure out the reassembly order. Parts diagrams show the order being the zerk (140), a shim washer (150), then the cover (100).
However, my original assembly had the shim washer UNDER the cover. I've checked two different shop manuals, and neither has the tensioner assembly even in the manual.
Anyone have any other resources aside from the parts diagram above?
