Rck54 15bx gearbox leak after new bearings

I replaced all my gear box bearings and reassembled it. When I added oil it was leaking from the center pully and the gear saft moves some. I pan on getting a new oil seal, but wondering if anyone has had this problem?

There should be little to no movement in the shafts. It sounds like there is enough play that the oil is leaking through a gap between the shaft and seal lip. Did you replace with quality bearings like Koyo, or something else?

Yes, I replace with kubota parts through Messick's. Should I disassemble and redo it? I followed the parts diagram from Messick's. How the one gear entered was a little confusing.

The gearbox had locked up. Taking it apart, there was no oil in it. So, everything had leaked out and the bearing were shot.

Sounds pretty bad. Perhaps there was irreparable damage to housing or shaft - e.g bearing housings wallowed out or shaft galled/bent.
