New to Orange Tractor - 1st time post. I'm looking for an RC48-62H mid-mount mower deck for an old B6200HST. The deck has side lift arms and a stabilizer bracket on the front. The area where the stabilizer bar is located rusted through. Don't think a weld will hold.

Anyone have a serviceable unit or shell that they're willing to sell? I'm located near Pittsburgh, PA - Steelers Country!

Thanks,

Jim

Welcome Jim. That particular deck is rare. I own one and it took the better part of a year to locate one. It's bigger brother the RC60-72H (60''wide) is more common.

I'd be willing to bet you can repair yours. Mine was a hunk of sh!t when I purchased it. I completely disassembled it, had it sandblasted and powder coated. I also had three separate areas cut out and welded due to rot. The end result turned out well.

I'd be surprised if you couldnt have yours repaired. They are well built, heavy-duty decks.

I did a half-assed version of what you did with mine just to stop the rust. Did you buy new stickers or just mask them off like I did? I am having a challenge finding new ones as mine are scratched up or worn quite a bit.

Would you be willing to take close-up photos of the stickers? If they are not available I might try and reproduce my own.

Mike, I had Messicks search the lower 48 for the original stickers and the were able to find all but two of them. So what you see on my deck are original NOS Kubota stickers. They are next to impossible to find as this deck has been out of production for over 30 years now. I can snap off pics of them for if you need them.

From Canada, so my options are limited, I am mostly interested in photos of the instructional vs. liability/warning stickers. Let me know if you can help out with the attached.
