Anyone aware of any aftermarket or alternative replacements for the radiator on an M5-091? I broke the plastic tank at the right lower mount and all I can find is OEM for $1200.

oem is likely the only option unless you want to have someone custom make a radiator. If that route were taken, ask them to build it with aluminum tanks but be prepared to spend some money.

Thanks. I’m going to try to fix the one I broke. It doesn’t look like any of the tubes are leaking but I’ll pressure test to see for sure. It’s just a little frustrating that I’m finding options for a lot of other models for a few hundred bucks. There doesn’t appear to be anything special about this one.

In this area nobody repairs plastic tanked radiators. Last time I had one done I had to send it to a place halfway across the country and they simply repaired the broken part of the plastic and sent it back. I could've done the same thing for $12.

One of the most difficult things during my restoration was finding a radiator.
Prices are ridiculous for radiators and you're right - nothing special sometimes.
Same goes for mufflers.

I finally decided that I could find a replacement if I focused on size and input/output.
I ended up purchasing an aluminum radiator from ebay for Ford/New Holland with same input/output sizes and locations and even a bit larger than the original for less than $300.

Goodluck and hopefully you can fix yours.
