What should I expect to pay to have my radiator boiled out, repaired and pressure checked at a independent radiator shop?

Thanks,
Phil

Used to get the cores checked for between 50$ and 75$ course if they could fix them then it would usualy run me bout 150$ to 200$ depending on the radiater. Haven't had to send one out in about 5 years so i'm sure it went up some. Plus it was in a different state. Did you happen to ask the guy for a ball park estimate for the work to get done?

No, haven't talked to anyone there yet. The job needs to be done regardless so just trying to get an idea on what to expect. Thanks

Daren Todd,

You were right on the money (literally). I took it in today and the guy said either $65 or $165 depending on what needs to be repaired.

I'll let you know which way it goes, I'm guessing $165 but you never know. Better than $594.70 for a new one from Kubota.

Thanks,

Phil
