The liquid level was fine, and the air pressure was 20 lbs. like what it calls for I believe. I did lower the air to 15 lbs. and that made a difference, so it is at least manageable now. I didn't dare go any lower than that. Thanks for the help

The local dealer filled my MX6000 and M6060 rear tires with beet juice and I can check the tire pressure with the valve at 12 o'clock without any liquid coming out so I'm confident that my tires aren't overfilled, but on asphalt I can definitely feel a vibration. It's just part of the ownership experience with these tires.
Try moving the valve stem level with the top of the rim and see if any liquid comes out. if so they are overfilled. Checking at 12 o'clock only indicates there is 'some' air inside.
