I have taken my loader off and on several times with no issue. Today the Red and Yellow lines would not reconnect. I cleaned them thoroughly, released pressure everywhere to no avail. Then I took the male and female fittings off, inspected and cleaned them again. They will still not go back together. No damage is visible and they slide together smoothly until the last quarter inch, but no further. Any Ideas out there?

Temperature can impact the pressure. Try in the the AM. I assume you went every direction for your lever. Other than that, you can barely crack the lines. Keep hands out of the way.

Would they lock together when you had them removed?
