Greasy hands with UDT on them…straight outa the pie dish…bachelor style. No plates to wash, twofer one on the washing part and much quicker. Pro types will scoop ice cream outa the container and eat that as well. To properly achieve the full effect the eater should be wearing bib overalls and muddy boots with a rag in their pocket to wipe up the mess afterword.

ask my wife - I am a heathen - I eat it RIGHT from the tin, sometimes more than half at a time!

Pumpkin cheese cake covered in whip cream is my go to.

And eat it in any and all options possible!

Another hour here I'll be indulging in a piece of raspberry pie.

I was told on the way to Thanksgiving dinner
"No political talk or Bruins" both are off limits !!!!

Should pie be eaten with a bowl and spoon, a plate and fork, or a napkin and your fingers?

Dan
Funny you should ask. Reach in frig. Fork in hand tear off a piece of pie. Grab it and head out to shop eating it with fingers. Grease bota and repeat a few times…. Well till wife comes home. 🤦‍♂️😎

As with most etiquette, it depends on the setting.

When in a working environment, you gotta use utensil's for the entire event.

Just family and friends, then use utensils to grab pie, then it's ok to use fingers.

Just your drunken ass at 0300 digging through the fridge, its a "two fisted, bare knuckles brawl" until it's gone.;)

They all look great, but what is the uppermost one?
I'm drooling into my keyboard!
Two apple and one chocolate cream. They were Mom's holiday favorites. And always a real milk, eggs, sugar chocolate custard cooked on the stove not powder out of a box and topped with mounds of merinque

Probably make her pecan today (Sunday). Goes great with morning coffee 😍
