I see these tall tractors going up and down the road in front of my house all the time I often wondered if a car would fit underneath them instead of passing them , now I know.

Looking at the pictures it looks like that car could have passed under it with clearance. It appears the sprayer's tires somehow came in contact with car and caused the collision.

I'd be inclined to think the auto driver was not paying attention, because any operator of that sprayer has to be alert 100% of the time because of what we all see every day while driving. That 200K machine, with it's wide wheel stance, has very little room for error on may roads.
